How long do withdrawals take?
PayPal withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours of approval. You'll get a confirmation email when funds are sent.
My survey reward didn't credit. What now?
Survey credits can take up to 24 hours from our partner networks. If it's been longer, email us with the survey name and roughly when you completed it, and we'll investigate.
What's the minimum withdrawal amount?
$3.00. You can cash out anytime once your balance reaches that threshold. Additional tiers are $5.00 and $7.00.
I forgot my password.
Tap "Forgot Password?" on the login screen, or email us and we'll help you reset it manually.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@absustaininvest.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email. We'll confirm and delete your data within 30 days.
Is CashClip available outside the U.S.?
Yes, but available surveys and offers vary by country. PayPal must be supported in your country to receive payouts.
Why am I not seeing any surveys?
Survey availability depends on your country, demographics, and our partners' inventory. New surveys appear throughout the day — check back regularly.
Can I have more than one account?
No. Multiple accounts violate our terms and may result in forfeited earnings. One account per person.
