CashClip ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by AB Sustainability Investments LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the CashClip mobile app and our website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information — your email address and a hashed password when you register.
• Earnings activity — surveys completed, offers redeemed, ad views, and rewards earned. We track these to credit your balance accurately.
• Withdrawal information — your PayPal email address when you request a payout.
• Device data — device type, operating system version, and app version, used for analytics and to deliver compatible content.
• Advertising identifiers — when you watch rewarded ads, our advertising partners (Google AdMob) may receive your device's advertising ID.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Operate the CashClip rewards platform and credit your earnings.
• Process PayPal withdrawals and prevent fraudulent payouts.
• Show relevant surveys, offers, and rewarded video ads.
• Detect abuse, fraud, and policy violations.
• Communicate with you about account issues and important changes.

3. Sharing With Third Parties

We share limited information with the following partners only as needed to provide the service:

• Survey & offerwall providers (e.g. CPX Research, Cint, Lucid, Tapjoy, AdGate) — anonymous user IDs and completion confirmations so they can credit your rewards.
• Google AdMob — for showing rewarded video ads.
• PayPal — to process your cash withdrawals.
• Hosting & infrastructure (Replit, PostgreSQL on Neon) — to operate the app and database.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and earnings records as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy legal, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@absustaininvest.com.

5. Children

CashClip is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in jurisdictions where that is the minimum age). We do not knowingly collect data from children below those ages. If you believe a child has registered, contact us and we will delete the account.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@absustaininvest.com.

7. Security

We protect your data with industry-standard practices: passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes, all traffic is encrypted via TLS, and access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to minimize risk.

8. International Users

CashClip is operated from the United States. By using the app, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in the U.S.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
